Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11:24PM Aaaaaaaaaand neow for something completely different.....I love the blues....For me, it doesn't get any better than Lead Belly, Son House, Muddy, etc.....I love rap and hip hop.....Hell, rap is an extension of the blues....I'm typically not a fan of mash-ups.....It's pretty high-larious when a twerp pushing a button borrows from real musicians who had to struggle well beyond their comprehension....However, Kid Koala is badass....and the times they are a changin' kids.....You don't wanna be one of those people shakin' their fist cuz Elvis shook his hips.....Even though Koala is pushing buttons....He's pushing the right buttons.....There's really nothing else to do but smile when you listen to 12 Bit Blues.....mash/sampling/blues/bit-musack/dub/just a good time:
