Storychord......A Very Unique Blog with Rad Content

Man.....to be honest I don't know who told me about Storychord or how I stumbled onto the site....but I'm very glad I did......Storychord is a rad idea.....They take one fiction writer (Corey Eastwood), one artist, and one musician (Christopher Paul Stelling)......The result of the unique combo is a very gripping story with cool visuals and sound.  I'm very proud to be featured in the 43rd story....Read it below:

Craig Finn "Clear Heart Full Eyes" - 2012 LP

You may recognize the name Craig Finn from The Hold Steady....They're a rad band.....i'm a big fan....Matter of fact I think they're one of the greatest living bands....A lot of that has to do with the unique delivery and vocal stylings of Craig Finn....It's hard to pinpoint something so unique....kinda a hipster Springsteen meets (insert fav. beat poet)....Whatever it is, this solo album finds Finn incorporating a little southern twang and Jesus lovin' with his Brooklyn street wise cracking lyrics......this album is awesome and a fun listen....

Lambchop "Mr. M" - 2012 LP

Okay....I get it....Lambchop is consistent.....jeeeezus how many good albums have these Nashville gents had neow?  Prob one of the most underrated bands of the 90s and still cranking out solid...alt country rock/chill rock/smooth vox/varied instrumentation.....a very hard band to categorize.....which usually is a good thing nowadaze..
