Timmy didn't want to go to school today. For the last 2 weeks a group of dickhead 8th graders had been cornering him, taking his lunch money, and dishing out atomic wedges with wet fingers in his ear. Timmy was the runt. The little guy. Always on the defensive and he was fed up. After watching The Last Dragon a dozen times Timmy started training. Kids laughed at him shadow boxing in the schoolyard. His parents started to get worried, but Timmy had a plan. So the day school opened after spring break the bullies came struttin' round the corner. This time Timmy didn't run. The first pizza faced villian told him to bend over. Timmy bent his knees then BAM! A swift uppercut to the nuts. The second bully reared back his fist. Timmy caught the punch mid-strike, licked his left index finger, and jammed it in the bully's ear. The third stood in amazement. Timmy sneered at the foe and said, "run".
After a long stint of opening gigs for The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Har Mar Superstar was beginning to get overlooked. Their sound kinda fell flat. So after some much needed time off....they're back. And now they're bringing the funk......pure r&b funk. This album is sooo effing good. Never underestimate the little guy.
