ON AN ON "Give In" - 2013 LP

How can they experience perspective? Depth? Annnnnd most importantly texture? They can't.....Annnnd online you never will. How do artists balance modern technology with technique? Accessibility with practice? Everynowandagain I love to find a band that gives a litmus test. Assess the current state of contemporary musack. An album that balances computer programs with classic in form song writing. ON AN ON is that band. They use pro tools and electro elements but the tracks do not sound synthetic or over-produced....very hard to come by nowadaze......great blend of rocknelectro/layered vox/airy/blissful/former members of Scattered Trees/goooood:
