    The Ragged Jubilee "American Moan" - 2011 LP

    A country fried/bluesy/Americana/Tom Waits raspy vocals = Sign me up.  The Ragged Jubilee out of San Luis Obispo, CA play very solid country alt. rock with a LOT of soul.  I'm sure we will here much more from these guys in the future.....if you're a fan of Neil yOUng, Black Crowes, Allmans, MMJ, etc.......get this:
