     Me and my buddy were cracking up talking about how much the internet /blogger/musack geeks want this album to melt faces.....Yes, Real Estate is back with their tropic rock/beachy/lovey-dovey lo-fi fun.....Except this time they spent a little more dough.....it's a little more produced which may turn off some fans....but hell, it's still damn good:
