    Yes, My Heart Belongs to Cecilia Winter, is the name of this band.  The band is from Switzerland, but sure to hit America soon.  Very impressive debut album.  Arcade Fire(ish) meets Love Language, w/ a dash of Ezra Furman.  Good times.
