It's rare that I'm at a loss for words......This album is spectacular.....Right under an hour of solid, solid, broke-dick, mind bending, blaring, psych-retro rock........whewwwwwww....One of my alltime fav bands and another gem from Ethan Miller.....with the aid of American Records and Rick Rubin, Howlin' Rain nailed it on this one:

Tennis "Young and Old" - 2012 LP

I made 2 great decisions today....1. To do some sketching on the beach....2. Put on the new Tennis album whilst drawing.........So the story of the band Tennis is that of folklore at this point.....Their first album came to the band on a boat while sailing the ocean blue......Neoooow with their Sophomore album the band recruited Black Keys drummer and burgeoning producer Patrick Carney.  The result?....A mature/pop/clean produced/power pop/hints of doo wop/rad female vox/magical goodness.....A great album and fun listen:
